What makes me a good fit for you?

You deserve everything on your wedding day...to feel comfortable, confident, happy and stress-free, and I’ll do everything I can to be that source for you.

We’ll be spending a lot of time together, and I’ll be there for really all the most intimate and emotional moments, so I want you to feel totally comfortable with me, like you’ve known me forever.

I also hope that you see my work as being different from the norm. Yes, you need the traditional pics for mom or grandma or that “just married” frame you’re bound to get (I still have mine on my bureau) but you also need some epically awesome shit that you want to print on a billboard. I’m all about that mix of the candid and creative, memory and magic.

Everyone’s wedding days are completely different, just like the needs of each couple are totally unique, so I don’t pigeonhole myself by saying that my style is xyz. If you have a light and airy beach wedding, then your images are going to be light and airy. If your venue is gothic and candlelit then you’re going to have very moody images, and they might be haunted.

I have had couples set aside two hours to just walk around the city with me being creative and silly...and others want to spend a total of 5 minutes on portraits so they can get back to their friends. Either way, I want you to know that you’ll have timeless, artistic images capturing your vibe perfectly.

I never insert myself too much into your day...the best comment wedding guests can give is that they didn’t even notice me. I will never pause you during the cake cutting or stop you mid first dance to look at me...the only time I will direct the action is during family/bridal party pics, because no one wants those to be endless.

And then once it’s the two of you, yes I’ll direct you into the good light, but it really needs to be all about the connection between you two. Being close. Being in love. Staring into each other’s eyes for awkwardly long periods of time.
